Our working arrangements during lockdown

After the recent government announcement of a further lockdown until 2^nd December, we wanted to reinforce our previous messages, so you know we are here for you and your family during this difficult time.

Our Lonsdale Mortgages office remains open.  Some of our colleagues are working from home for now, but it is very much ‘business as usual.’ 

Due to the lockdown restrictions we may recommend for everyone’s safety that any client meetings are conducted online where possible.  We use Microsoft Teams and Zoom as required.  If a personal meeting does need to be arranged at our St Albans office, it will need to be agreed in advance to ensure we maintain a safe environment for you and us.  

Before the coronavirus pandemic our St Albans mortgage broking team conducted most of our business over the phone and didn’t normally have face to face meetings with mortgage clients.  We are used to working remotely so we can still offer the best possible service to clients during the pandemic.  We provide mortgage advice for buy-to-let investors, first time buyers, home movers and anyone needing to re-mortgage.  We also offer protection advice including critical illness cover, life assurance and income protection.
