Sue has worked as a mortgage administrator in the St Albans Lonsdale Mortgage broking team since 2014. Her role is to assist and support the Mortgage Brokers with individual client mortgages.

Qualifications

In January 2018 Sue completed the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap). Gaining this certification is the first step towards becoming a qualified mortgage broker.

Career

After leaving university with a Biology degree Sue worked in a drug analysis company and became a Senior Data Analyst managing a team. Sue transferred to financial services after a career break to bring up her three children.

Lonsdale Awards

In 2021 Lonsdale Services won Best Adviser firm for Vulnerable Client Care at the National Professional Adviser Awards. Lonsdale Services also won Retirement Planner Awards in 2017 for Outstanding Customer Care and in 2018 for Best individual pension advice firm in the Southeast and Anglia.
